This satire cartoon is showing President Obama and Oprah at a press rally and everyone is convinced to vote for Oprah because the two girls in the audience are convinced and they say to one and other "she is so influential she has me convinced" and her friend says "Me too that's why I'm voting for Oprah and President Obama is holding up Oprah's arm for supporting her and having people cheer for her and it's showing that Oprah convinces you to do anything she says or does because she's Oprah.
